Paragon Tax Solutions handles liens, levies, wage garnishments, back taxes and unfiled returns for individuals and business owners. Your case is led by Kirk Nickerson, CPA, from our office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The first conversation is free and confidential.
No pressure. No judgment. We tell you plainly where you stand and what you can do about it.

Questions people ask before they call
If you are weighing whether to reach out, these are the things most people want to know first.
How much does it cost to work with you?
It starts with a free consultation, so the first conversation costs you nothing. Fees depend on what your case actually needs, and we will explain them clearly before you commit to anything. No surprises.
Can you really settle my tax debt for less than I owe?
Sometimes. The IRS offers programs like an Offer in Compromise, penalty abatement, and Currently Not Collectible status that can reduce what you pay or pause collection. Not everyone qualifies for every program, and anyone who promises a specific result before reviewing your situation is not being straight with you. We look at your actual numbers and tell you honestly which options fit.
The IRS is garnishing my wages or levied my account. Can you stop it?
Time matters with active garnishments and levies, so reach out as soon as you can. There are established ways to address collection actions once we understand your case. The sooner we start, the more room there is to work with.
What are “941 and trust fund” payroll tax problems?
Form 941 is the form employers use to report the income tax and Social Security taxes withheld from employees’ paychecks. That withheld money is called trust fund money, because the law treats it as the government’s money held in trust by the business. When it is not paid over, the IRS pursues it aggressively, and it can hold the business owner personally responsible. If this is your situation, it is serious but it is also fixable, and we handle these cases regularly.
I have not filed in years. Is it too late?
No. Unfiled returns are one of the most common situations we handle. Getting back into compliance is almost always the first step toward resolving the rest, and we will help you do it without judgment.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with us is confidential, held to professional standards of privacy.
Do you only work with people in Pennsylvania?
No. Our office is in Bethlehem, PA, but IRS matters are federal, so we can represent you in any state. State tax issues we handle in any state as well. If you are not local, we meet by video call, so distance changes nothing.
